This very private CAMP sits up high above the river with nice decks that allow you to relax and watch the boats go by. Gorgeous view of the Twin Bridges. Large yard with fire pit and covered patio with gas grill for rainy days. Large yard, three bedrooms, Foosball table, stocked kitchen. 4 kayaks for use. This is a CAMP - not a polished hotel room -clean and fully stocked - but still a cooked camp like all of them here at Towpath Landing. People who get this LOVE it. The space Two queen bedrooms and one full bedroom. Large bathroom. You have access to the river in the flat common area between cabins 9 & 10 with 4 sit-on kayaks with life jackets and four red chairs so it is easy to find. To set expectations: This is a CAMP in the WOODS. This is not a hotel-type property and it certainly is not the Taj Mahal. This is NOT a regular house. The property is serviced by filtered river water (we changed from the Saratoga well water from earlier reviews). Things do go wrong but we are very responsive when they do. so please ask!! The floors are crooked but the place is clean and ready to host your family for a nice time overlooking beautiful scenery. Bring drinking water. Bring firewood if you plan on using the fire pit. Location: halfway between Montreal and NYC - - we are minutes off exit 8 of the Northway/87. - 100 stores and restaurants are within 12 minutes in both directions. - easy access to all local colleges. - Lake George - 45 minutes - SPAC - 25 mins - Saratoga horde racing and casino - 25 minutes 24 minutes to Rensselaer Train station. No more than 2 dogs with pet fee unless prior authorized. No cats.
