Here are the access details: Apartment Entrance: Conveniently located on the ground floor. To enter, you only need to step up one single step, making it ideal for those looking for a comfortable stay with easy mobility and few obstacles. Panoramic Terrace: Our corner of paradise is located on the upper floor. It is accessed through the door immediately adjacent to the apartment, by climbing two flights of stairs. A small effort that is fully rewarded by the view and the relaxation you will find at the top! Laundry Area: Located on the lower floor, it is accessible from the same entrance next to the house by going down one flight of stairs. Here you will find a washing machine and dryer at your complete disposal. Other things to note Rental Agreement: In compliance with Italian law, a short-term rental agreement must be signed for your stay. It is a quick and standard procedure required for all tourist rentals in Italy. Beach Kit Included: To make your travel easier, we provide one beach umbrella and two deck chairs for each apartment. Feel free to take them with you to enjoy the crystal-clear waters in total comfort! Relaxation Terrace: Our beautiful terrace is available year-round, except in case of bad weather (strong wind or rain) which may temporarily restrict access for safety reasons.
