Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. Our house is located in the small, idyllic mountain village of Forstau and we have an approx. 60 m² apartment for rent. The house is surrounded by green lush meadows and the sound of a nearby stream means nothing stands in the way of your relaxation. The space The renovated apartment (semi-detached house) for 2 to 4 people consists of 2 levels; in the basement there is: • 1 kitchen (approx. 13 m²) fully equipped with induction hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, TV - radio, various kitchen utensils and dining area • 1 living room (approx. 12 m²) with flat-screen cable/smart TV, pull-out sofa bed (180 x 200), fireplace. • 1 toilet (approx. 2 m²) with hand basin and • 1 storage room (approx. 3m²) • Anteroom with wardrobe The upper floor can be reached via a wooden staircase and here are: • 1 bedroom (approx. 13 m²) with large bed (180 x 200) and clothes rack • 1 bedroom (approx. 12 m²) with bed (180 x 200) and large wardrobe • 1 toilet (approx. 2 m²) with hand basin • 1 small bathroom with shower (approx. 2.5 m²) with sink and hair dryer • Balcony The independent apartment is accessible through its own entrance and has a Connecting door to the landlord (locked). Additional: • Free Wi-Fi • Shared use of the garden terrace (shared use with owner) • Free parking (for max. 2 cars) • Towels and linens are provided • NO pets allowed • Overnight stay fee extra Other things to note We are a partner company of the SCHLADMING-DACHSTEIN summer card and this is included in the price. Surroundings: Our private house is located in beautiful Forstau in Pongau (Salzburg Land). The quiet yet central location offers perfect relaxation. The entrance to the Bachweg is very close by, where you can enjoy the walking path or Kneippweg, with various Kneipp stations. A bakery, ski rental, restaurant, tobacco shop and ski bus stop are about a 5-minute walk (500 m) away. The small and quiet ski resort Fageralm-Forstaubahn is a 15-minute walk away (1.2 km). Countless ski resorts are in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible by car: Fageralm (1.2 km away), Reiteralm (4 km), Planai/Hochwurzen (10 km), Snow Space (19 km), Zauchensee (22 km), Obertauern (25 km). Toboggan runs and cross-country ski trails are within a 10-minute drive. In summer, the mountains invite you to beautiful hikes and a visit to the Mozart city of Salzburg is definitely recommended (about 80 km). As a bad weather program, we recommend a visit to the nearby thermal baths (e.g. Therme Amadé, 12 km). The Enns Valley Cycling Trail is 3 km away and the Radstadt Golf Club, tennis courts and a beach volleyball court are within 6 km. Arrival: Since the apartment is located in the idyllic mountain village of Forstau, arrival by private car is recommended. Schladming/Radstadt train stations are about 10 km away and Salzburg Airport is about 87 km away. In winter, there is a public ski bus to the nearest ski resort Reiteralm (ski bus stop 500 m away).
