Salamanca Getaway Battery Point with carpark

Salamanca Getaway Battery Point is a recently renovated apartment and offers a stylish experience in this centrally located area. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to Hobart's Salamanca Place, Hobart waterfront, and Hobart CBD. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, with a beautiful spacious kitchen and dining room on the entry level. NOTE: no oven, but has a stove top. A bedroom ceiling fan has been installed. As the apartment is over 2 levels, please consider this if you have mobility issues. The space This is a 2 storey apartment within a complex. The apartment building is pin code entry, and has security cameras in the common areas, including the garage. You enter the apartment into the kitchen / living area opening onto a private patio and upstairs is the bedroom (king bed only) and bathroom / laundry. A secure onsite garage provides 1 carpark allocated to the apartment (up to 2 metres high). As the apartment has stairs, for safety reasons, we do not allow infants/children. No smoking/vaping in the apartment or patio. If the stove doesn't work, check the switch near the kettle. The cushions for the outdoor furniture are in the padlocked box (key is with apartment key). Please put them away afterwards to ensure they don't get wet or blow away. Guest access Pin coded access to main front door and secure undercover onsite garage. Lockbox at apartment door will give key access. There is a lift in the garage behind the stairs to give access to level 1. Security cameras are throughout the common areas. There are security cameras recording in the common areas of the building for the security of all occupants and their vehicles in the building. Other things to note We provide a small amount of snacks for hungry travellers if they want to drop their bags off and have a bit of a relax before heading out to get supplies. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine in the apartment (the small pods) in case you have a favourite flavour (some pods are supplied). As we provide some snacks, please let us know if you are allergic to dairy, gluten or nuts. Supermarkets close by (big name and specialty). Close to bars, pubs and food strips. Public transport is very close by. Ubers to the CBD or casino are generally around $8.
