Little farmhouse near the sea

Relax in this tranquil and elegant island house overlooking the sea, located 300 meters from the picturesque port of Moutsouna. Enjoy your breakfast in the stone-built courtyard and if you are lucky you may be able to accompany it with some fresh vegetables that you will cut from the garden. Inside you will find a fully equipped house with air conditioning, a bedroom and a bed with double beds, wardrobes and TVs. The house is suitable for 1 to 4 people. The space It is an island house of 58 sq.m. with a main area where the kitchen and dining room are located. It has a bedroom with a king-size bed and anatomic mattress, a wardrobe and a TV. Also a special type of bedroom (bedroom) that has a semi-double elevated bed, a built-in wardrobe and a TV. Finally, a spacious bathroom. The house is surrounded by outdoor areas where there is a shady courtyard with a marble table and a garden. At the back there is an outdoor shower with hot water, which is shared with the other house located on the same property. Other things to note Within the property there is a second residence in which we (the owners) live some days of the summer. The entrance and some outdoor areas are shared.
