We are a legacy timeshare resort with a fixed ownership schedule. That schedule runs with a Friday check in and check out day each week. Guests who book with us with a stay that overlaps the Friday-to-Friday schedule may be subject to relocating to a different condo of the same size during their stay. If applicable to your reservation we will contact you directly to make arrangements. • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. - Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. • After-hours check-in is available. Please call to make arrangements for the lockbox code. • All guests shall abide by POSR’s quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. We are a smoke free property. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Parking note: There is free onsite parking available for 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles are welcome but must park in our overflow parking lot across the road. We are a pet free property. Guest who arrive with certified service animals are required to pay a non-negotiable pet cleaning fee.
