Discover our atypical 165 m² apartment, perfect for 2 to 6 people. Meticulously restored in a 1920 house, this space is a true architectural masterpiece, adorned with carefully chosen works of art. You will be ideally located just a short walk from the majestic Château d'Amboise and the fascinating Clos Lucé. The space On its three levels, the house offers total autonomy to your group of six people, whether it's your family or friends. Upon arrival, be enchanted by the spectacular 180° view of the Loire, with the monumental contemporary work of the artist Jean-Michel Othoniel entitled La Tour D'Or Blanc in the background and on your right the bronze sculpture representing Leonardo da Vinci on the Île d'Or. The first floor leads you to a large 39 m² living/dining room, where comfort and conviviality meet. The tasteful decor includes a comfortable leather sofa, spacious armchair, contemporary side chair, glass coffee table, modern sideboard with flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked library of art books. From there, you can access a large balcony with panoramic views, ideal for savoring the sweetness of Touraine and the departures of hot air balloons. The dining room is equipped with a large contemporary wooden table with a glass top and retro 70s chairs, perfect for delicious meals with your guests. The ultra-modern kitchen is open and fully equipped, with a large worktop, plenty of storage, modern appliances such as a fridge-freezer, ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen-aid food processor, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle. We provide a starter kit for the first night, including a garbage bag, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and a kitchen towel. Basic spices like salt, pepper and oil are not provided. On the same level, a bright 27 m² master suite offers magnificent views of the Garçonnet Tower of Château d'Amboise. It has a queen size bed, comfortable armchair, flat screen TV, large dressing room and a silent fan and new generation air purifier with modern design. The private bathroom features a walk-in shower and a vanity unit with built-in mirror and ceiling speakers. A beautiful waxed wood staircase, covered with carpet, leads you to the second floor, offering breathtaking views of the Loire. A spacious modern 17 m² bedroom includes a queen size bed, a Roche & Bobois armchair, and a quiet fan and air purifier for your comfort. A second modern bathroom is at your disposal. A few more steps lead you to a large 37 m² office, offering panoramic views of the Loire thanks to large windows. This atypical space is carefully decorated, and the furniture is tastefully selected. Large green leather armchairs invite you to enjoy the spectacular view, while an industrial desk and armchair are perfect for working on your projects. In the back, a games room has been set up to entertain the youngest travelers. Laughter and joy are guaranteed! An industrial staircase leads you to the third floor, a 28 m² mezzanine bedroom offering a double bed and a Roche & Bobois armchair. The sea rush floor creates a soothing atmosphere, and a quiet air purifier fan is provided for your comfort. You will find shower gel and shampoo in both bathrooms, as well as bedding and linens (sheets, one bath towel per person, one bath mat).
