Welcome to our lovingly renovated apartment, which is located on the first floor of our single-family home. Here with us you can enjoy a quiet break in the southern part of Bad Oeynhausen. You can conveniently park your car on our property, and if you want, you can also use our wallbox for a fee by prior arrangement. The space Our place is ideal for two adults, but if desired, two more people can also be accommodated comfortably. The apartment is fully equipped for up to 4 people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In the kitchen, you'll find modern amenities: Oven / ceramic hob Microwave Fridge-freezer Dishwasher Coffee machine Kettle Toaster The living area invites you to relax, with a spacious and cozy living area that can also be used as a sofa bed. A large 50-inch Panasonic LED TV and free Wi-Fi are available for your entertainment and networking. For a restful night's sleep, a comfortable bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with cozy bed linen (155 cm x 220 cm) awaits you. A spacious wardrobe completes the ambience and offers ample space for your belongings. Our bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and offers all the necessary hygiene items to make your stay pleasant. Electronic blinds on all windows provide privacy and comfort. Comfortable seating is available on the balcony so you can enjoy the fresh air and surroundings in peace. Other things to note For each overnight guest in Bad Oeynhausen (from 16 years), I have to issue a paid visitor's card. For this I need the full name, address and date of birth of ALL guests. The costs for this will be charged separately. The price is €2.80 per person per day. Please contact me before arrival so that I can issue the spa cards upon your arrival! With the spa card there are discounts. I will put a flyer in the apartment for you! Guest access The apartment is located on the first floor of our single-family home. Other things to note Twix - this is not a chocolate bar, but our cuddly cat! However, he does not have access to the apartment.
