Master BR, Close to Red Rocks & Mountains

Central location for all of the Colorado activities your heart desires! My house is conveniently nestled between two main highways that will get you to Red Rocks, local trails, or downtown Denver (also walkable to light rail!) in less than 15 minutes, or on the slopes in an hour. Welcome guests for longer stays to have a safe and comfortable space to call home as you explore the Front Range foothills and beyond. The space Rest your head in between adventures in a private master suite featuring a queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress, smart TV, and cozy reading chair. Master suite also offers a private bathroom for your personal use, dresser and walk-in closet to fully unpack and settle in, and stocked with Keurig, coffee, creamer and mugs. The downstairs space features an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room area - this is a shared space that you're welcome to enjoy during your stay. You’ll have access to everything you need for cooking in the kitchen, including pots, pans, plates, silverware, cups, microwave, oven, stovetop, fridge, and freezer. Smart TV is loaded with streaming apps for your entertainment using "Guest" accounts - both in the bedroom and shared living room. Washer & dryer is available for your use as well. Check out the giant backyard with outdoor seating to enjoy Colorado’s 300 days of sunshine! Guest access Shared spaces include kitchen, dining and living room areas, and backyard. During your stay While my place offers self check-in, I’d love to meet you and say hello at some place early in your stay! Otherwise I will primarily keep to myself and let you do your thing, but will be available to answer your questions - just send me a message via AirBnB. On rare occasions I might be out of service exploring remote wilderness! Other things to note This space is shared with myself and my dog, Lupi - a very sweet golden retriever / Aussie cattle dog mix. Other dogs are difficult to manage in the space, so I do not allow other pets. I work from home during weekdays and often in meetings from 9-5. Registration Details 23-053
