Note - To be rented to a caring tenant. Not for events, parties or visits by larger groups/larger number of guests. Gothenburg - 45 min Landvetter Airport - 25 min Borås - 30 min Varberg 40 min Kungsfors Shopping Center - 5 mins The space 1 double room/double bed - Bed 180 cm 2 x 90 cm 1 single room - Bed 120 cm 1 single room - Bed 90 cm in the living room area + possibly an extra child/tourist bed Guest access The whole house is rented out, including plot/lawn and parking. Included forest area with possible outdoor gym and possibility of building a hut and hammock, etc. for children.
