Our home is located on a quiet, neighborhood street. Enjoy a peaceful evening on the deck. You will have a private room with a full size bed and a shared bathroom. Access to a fully stocked kitchen and dining area, and back deck. Parking is available on the street. Wi-Fi is available. A convenient location, only one mile from Good Sam Hospital, 2.7 miles from Washington State Fairgrounds, 28 miles from Seatac Airport, and 50 miles from Mount Rainier National Park. The space The room is furnished with a full size bed, dresser, tv, and closet. The Kitchen is fully stocked and has a stove, oven, and dedicated fridge/freezer and pantry space for you to use. If you need anything for the kitchen and we don't have it, just let us know and we'd be happy to provide it. The laundry room is available for you to use. The back deck is a great place to relax and has a seating area. Guest access Besides the private room, you'll have access to: - Fully Stocked Kitchen - Shared Bathroom - Dining room - Backyard & deck with seating area - Laundry room During your stay I live off-site but my dad manages the property and lives in one of the rooms. He is there if you need anything. I'm always just a text away on the Airbnb app. Other things to note There are a couple month to month tenants who live in the house and are friendly and quiet.
