Old-building charm in the centre of Ulm: our lovingly renovated 2-room apartment combines the character of a 1952 building with modern comfort. You'll find a spacious living room with city views, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The space Our apartment is on the 3rd floor of a charming 1952 building that was extensively and lovingly renovated in 2023. Cosy underfloor heating, a lovely view over the city and atmospheric designer LED light strips in the entrance area combine historic charm with a modern living feel. The lovingly furnished kitchen with a genuine granite worktop is superbly equipped: fridge, ceramic hob, full-size oven, microwave and dishwasher (dishwasher tabs included), plus coffee machine, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery, pots and cooking utensils. Coffee and tea for the first few days, cleaning supplies and a small sweet welcome gift with water are ready for you. The large table in the living room comfortably seats up to four – for dining as well as working. In the cosy living room the comfortable sofa invites you to relax and folds out into a full-size bed (160 x 200 cm). The large smart TV comes with Netflix and Amazon Prime pre-installed, plus HDTV via cable. Play your music through the Bluetooth speaker, and enjoy books, games and cosy blankets for snug evenings. The bedroom spoils you with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm), two comfortable pillows per sleeping place and a spacious wardrobe with hangers. The modern bathroom offers a walk-in rain shower, plenty of hooks and shelf space, as well as a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Towels, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap are of course provided. For your comfort there is high-speed Wi-Fi, a phone and tablet charger including a wireless charging pad, and a fan for warm days. Travelling with children? A travel cot, high chair, children's books and toys are available. Guest access During your stay the entire apartment is yours alone. Check-in is easy and available at any time via a key box, so you stay completely flexible. For longer stays we are happy to change towels and bed linen once a week on request. Other things to note Please note: the apartment is on the 3rd floor of a historic building and is only accessible via the staircase – there is no elevator. It is also located right next to Ulm's Wengenkirche, so the church bells can occasionally be heard during the day – but they are barely noticeable with the windows closed. We don't have private parking, but several car parks are very close by; a public EV charging station is within walking distance of the building.
