Our apartment we call "El Dorado" is a fabulous, large, garden floor apartment located in Dorado Beach at Villas de Costa Mar, about 40 minutes from Luis Marin Muñoz International Airport in San Juan. Enjoy a private garden terrace with a lounge Hammock and Jacuzzi for 4, BBQ, space for a relaxing vacation. You are literally across the street from Dorado Beach and can see the water from the terrace. It has a fully equipped kitchen, fully furnished, air conditioning and private parking. The space This Apartment has comfortable arrangements for the entire family or a group of 4. Enjoy a BBQ or one of the many local restaurants in the neighborhood. Walk over to the beach every time you feel like catching some sun. The master bedroom has a king size bed with memory foam mattress and an en-suite tub/shower bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The guest bathroom also with tub/shower is right off the hallway. The spacious fully equipped kitchen makes sharing a meal that much more special. The living/dining area are open to the kitchen and include a large streaming TV. Cellular WiFi is available at this location. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a washer/dryer. We provide all linens and towels, as well as bath amenities. When you want to go to the beach, we provide beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler for your drinks, a kart to transport all the things you need to bring to the beach. We also provide snorkeling equipment and a set to play racket ball. The apartment has a gated parking for one. Our goal is to provide our guests with a seamless stay! We are local and attend to our guests personally if needed. Guest access The property has 24/7 gated access. Other things to note STORMS and HURRICANE POLICY - No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation; the day of the order we will refund any unused portion from the booking/ any reservation scheduled to arrive during said mandatory evacuation. No refunds are issued for rain or tropical storms as we have no control of weather and you are traveling to a tropical Island, after all. Cancelled vacation can be rescheduled according to availability.
