The den is an additional versatile space that doubles as a cozy lounge area and includes a sleeper sofa for extra guests. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Indulge in your favorite morning brew at our convenient coffee bar, where you can find all the essentials to make your favorite cup of joe. Start your day right before heading out to explore all that Alachua and the surrounding area have to offer. Guest access You will have private access to the entire guesthouse and outdoor patio space. Other things to note Our private guesthouse is attached to the main house with a completely separate entrance, parking area, and thermostat to control the central AC. We would just like to emphasize that although there is a fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, and more, the space does not have a kitchen or other facilities for cooking (no hot plates or grill). Washer/dryer are not available in the unit but there is a laundromat 3 minutes away. 🗑 Trash days are Tuesdays for both normal trash and recycle, if your stay falls that day we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the curb ❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping. 📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill out a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid phone number and email so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking, and you will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)
