You will have access to the whole house, and can also walk around the property and visit and snack from the garden and fruit trees if you like. My mom lives on the property and is available for questions as am I via this app. The southend of Lopez has several public beaches, hikes and one small grocery/gas station/restaurant. The house is located on 10 acres of woods and fields that it shares with one other home. Getting to Lopez requires a ferry which leaves from Anacortes on the mainland. The WSF website will provide schedule details and the opportunity for reservations to the island but not back to Anacortes. There is a twin mattress and bedding available for a kiddo or single to sleep on the floor in addition to the queen size bed.
