Single room - Guest house accommodation

Guest house type accommodation. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travellers. The room is for single use only. The house has a shared large kitchen with dining area with t.v. Also T.v. in room. All linen and towels supplied and changed regularly for longer stays. Kitchen fully fitted out with everything that is necessary. Large Patio for using when weather permits. Smoking/vaping in garden only. Shared use of 3 showers, bathroom, 3 w.c's with basins. The space Clean and quiet acommodation that we regularly service. Guest house type accommodation, but we live next door, so are on hand in case of emergency. Non Smoking property. Also no vaping or drug taking within the house. Guest access Lots of shared facilities that are serviced regularly. We can take care of luggage if you need to arrive early and your room is not ready for occupation. During your stay Either myself, my husband or son and daughter in law are on hand to take car of any problems that you might have with the accommodation. We are contactable on our mobiles. Other things to note We cannot cope with late night arrivals, so please let me know prior to booking if this is a problem to you. This is a non smoking house. We also do not tolerate use of vapes or drugs of any kind within our premises. We take our letting business and ask therefore that the guests provide us with their home address and mobile number. Plus we have a Guest agreement which we ask you to sign. Its not a tenancy agreement, just a lodger type agreement.
