This is a stand-alone loft. The place is decorated in a Boat theme! It's very close to town but yet far enough you don't hear all the noise when you are heading to bed. We are surrounded by woods. Have campfire pits, barbecuers available for use sit back and relax with your family. Keep in mind the low ceiling in the livingroom and sloped ceiling throughout. Also a 4 plex and 3 cabins on the property. Note this unit has LOW Ceiling in the livingroom. . The space This is a super cute 900 foot Loft it has the typical Arctic entry then you climb the stairs to your unit one bedroom to the right and one bedroom to the left the kitchen and living room in the middle gives you plenty of privacy for two couples. only 3 windows in this unit. But it helps sleeping during the summer, for sure! Property has a 4 plex and 3 cabins on it. Shared playground and bikes. Note low ceiling in front room. propane stove and heat. But has a electric fireplace as well. Park and bikes are for everyone to use. Guest access I change my codes often. Your code will be emailed to you about a days before you arrive with all your check in important. Other things to note This is a no smoking and no pets allowed in unit. Please, no shoes on the 2nd floor please.. Please remember the TV's are for dvds. No cable washers and dryers are coin-operated $2.00 bedrooms. bring quarters with u we don't have a quarter machine. Firewood is available for sale $5.00 a bundle. cheaper than anywhere in town. No cable, but lots of movies. Note low ceiling as well in livingroom area and sloped throughout.
