You will fall in love with Verano Azul Beach House! This beach front property provides lots of outdoor living space. It has a total of 8 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a pool with 2 hydro massage jacuzzi with round seating tables, 2 beach front cabanas, patio furniture, hammocks, gazebo with bar and grill, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is perfect for big family gatherings, we can accommodate up to 26 people comfortably. Please note there is a $25 fee per person per night after 10 people. At Verano Azul Beach House, you will have access to the entire property, it is never share with other guests. Our staff who live in a small house inside the property will be ready and happy to show you around and they will be available to assist you in anything you might need. The number of bedrooms will be provided according to the number of guests on your booking and as needed. During your stay, our staff will be ready and available to answer any questions or concerns you might have, but if you need further assistance you can always call me or text me. Verano Azul Beach House is in a private and very quite residential area within Costa Azul, safety and privacy are totally guaranteed. I would recommend you go to The San Juan Bay know as "La Bocana" is only five minutes walk away from Verano Azul, this is a small place full of natural beauty where you can swim with tranquil waves and appreciate the different bird species, the mangroves, the protected flora and fauna. There are many restaurants nearby that provide delivery services, our staff will be happy to provide you with the list and phone numbers upon request. Parking is available at Verano Azul Beach House. The private driveway can fit a minimum of 8 vehicles, so there is plenty of space. Please note there is a $25 fee per person per night after 10 people. Number of bedrooms will be provided depending on amount of people and as needed. Visitors are only allowed with prior notice. If a visitor stays all day and/or make use of the house amenities, they will be required to pay a fee of $10 per person.
