Located near the Airport and on the world famous Coastal Trail right on the water of the Cook Inlet, the location boasts a super fast (fastest) internet connection and unlimited downloads for business traveler’s needs. We are in a quiet and safe neighborhood and have free dedicated parking for our guests. Literally 5 minutes to the airport, 5 minutes to downtown and midtown Anchorage by car. We also provide two Bikes and Tennis equipment for your enjoyment during summer months. The space The Guest Apartment is on the first level of the three-level home with a private entrance operated by a numerical access system. The Guest Apartment is tastefully decorated and has 1 bedroom, private bathroom and a small kitchen. There is radiant in-floor heat for your comfort and 10 foot ceilings that gives you a spacious feel in the unit. Guest access We offer bikes that you can use to explore our city. The bikes are located behind the gate that is adjacent to the unit. Locks and helmets are provided. Lock combo is 6275 and 1004. You will be responsible for the equipment and your safety. Please lock the bikes up after riding. The bikes will open doors to so many destinations through the extensive bike-trail system in Anchorage. The University of Alaska, downtown Anchorage and midtown is minutes away on the Coastal Trail. We have available Wifi internet and Smart TV for entertainment. We are surrounded in a park-like surrounding and a perfect location for walking, running and biking. A municipal tennis court is 1 block away and we have several parks that are less than 500 yards from the front door. Other things to note The Guest Apartment is conveniently located 2 minutes from Rustic Goat restaurant and Peter's Sushi Spot among dozens of other fine restaurants in the area. Malls and major retailers like REI and Walmart is right in mid-town and within 5 minutes by car. We also provide hiking trail recommendations from actual personal experience and perspective (my nephew Daniel is an avid hiker and rock climber) and also may be able to help out with Bear Repellent Spray when available.
