The space Sierra Haus includes 2,400 square feet of well-appointed living space including 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms among two floors. A wrap-around deck allows for outdoor dining while the 2 car garage and private location set on 2.6 acres provides seclusion and privacy. The great room enjoys a cast iron wood burning fireplace and adjoins to a breakfast bar and open-concept kitchen which makes for a perfect focal point where families can gather comfortably. Sierra Haus' kitchen has a four burner gas stove and oven that overlooks the great room with polished granite countertops and plentiful storage including a huge kitchen pantry that will hold all of your supplies and allow you to enjoy the openness of our layout during your stay. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need to make amazing meals including cookery, plating, silver, and stemware. There is a formal dining room off the kitchen that comfortably accommodates 8 and, like every room in the house, has beautiful window scenes of the private forest and trees. After dinner you can retreat outside to the stone fire-ring which is surrounded by logs where you can cook marshmallows and smores or enjoy the night sounds of the Sierra mountains. Other things to note We have an exclusive membership to Dogwood Lake which is located 1.5 miles (6 minute drive or 30 minute hike) for your enjoyment.
