The house is 110 square meters and the lot is approximately 1,000 square meters, fenced in linked mesh and a live fence in eugenias that gives you privacy. Other things to note The house is located on the same property as the Alta Vista Hotel, where you can buy water, beer and snacks. It is approximately 100 meters from the main road, on the side of Sogamoso to Tibasosa. Sometimes inter-municipal buses can stop on the road, or for greater safety, 5 minutes away you will find the public and inter-municipal transport terminal with easy access to travel to any part of the city and surrounding municipalities. The village is called Patrocinio and you are very close to the Comprooriente Wholesale Market Square, where you will find a wide range of local markets, and typical meals that are very generous in size, price and quality. This square is very nice, organized and safe. We are located in a semi-urban area where there are neighboring crop farms.
