The daily rate is for 2 guests, from 3 to 8 guests there is an additional charge of R$41.00 per person per night. The space The house is old and SIMPLE, the property was part of the historic Fazenda da Barra in Jaguariúna, built on a stone foundation and with a brick wall set with clay, with wooden doors and windows and brick floors, intended for the settlers of the time. Before check-in the space is prepared with care. ATTENTION! The space is not a hotel, if you expect accommodations and urban refinements, do not choose us! The experience that space offers is precisely to leave the "urban comfort" to connect with nature and simplicity. We love animals, but we do not recommend bringing pets, because we have two dogs, a 4-year-old blue heeler named LUIGGI JOSÉ and a 9-year-old blue heeler named SCOTT WILSON. Both are free on the property and love to interact with guests. Our fear is fighting or injuries that may occur with animals that are not used to the place. Guest access Inside the property, the guest will have access to the house, adult and children's pools, barbecue area, patio, lawn, side and soccer field. Other things to note The access to the site is paved, with only 150 meters of unpaved road leading to the entrance of Rancho da Terra.
