You can also bring your bicycles and store them in the adjacent garden shed. We look forward to your visit! Other things to note General Rental Terms 1. Longer stay The rental property will be made available at 3 pm on the day of arrival and may be used until 10 am on the day of departure. If the tenant uses it for a longer period of time, the following costs will be incurred: - 1 person: €7.50/hour - 2 people: €10.00/hour - 3 people: €12.50/hour - 4 people: €15.00/hour - 5 people: €17.50/hour - 6 people: €20.00/hour 2. Liability of the landlord The landlord is liable for the accuracy of the description of the rental property and is obliged to to properly provide the contractually agreed services and to maintain them during the entire rental period. The Lessor is not liable for defects that were known to the Lessee at the time of conclusion of this contract. If there are defects in the rental property, the renter must inform the landlord of these defects immediately. If the renter fails to make this report, he is not entitled to any claims for non-performance of the contractual services (in particular no claims for rent reduction). The liability of the landlord for property damage is excluded, unless it is based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the lessor. The landlord is not liable in cases of force majeure force majeure (e.g., fire, flood, etc.). The place of jurisdiction is the competent local court at the landlord's place of residence. 3. Liability and obligations of the tenant The tenant undertakes to treat the furnishings and fittings with care. Damage must be reported to the landlord immediately after discovery. If the tenant does not comply with this reporting obligation, he is not entitled to a rent reduction due to these objectionable points. In the event of any malfunctions in the systems and facilities of the rental property, the renter is obliged to do everything reasonable to contribute to a remedy of the fault or possibly to minimize any damage that may occur. The tenant is liable for the damage caused by him to the property or the items. The tenant undertakes to comply with the maximum occupancy. If the renter exceeds the maximum occupancy the landlord is entitled to extraordinary termination without notice. In this case, the tenant shall reimburse the landlord for the expenses already incurred and the lost profit (see section 1 Cancellation). The apartment is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. The accommodation is fully furnished and equipped and must be returned in the condition in which it was found. The house rules attached in the annex apply. It is recommended that the tenant ensure that his personal liability insurance includes a stay in a vacation apartment. 4. Severability clause, written form Should individual provisions of this contract be ineffective or unenforceable or become ineffective or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, the validity of the contract remains unaffected.
