King Oasis (NO Cleaning Fee)

Whether you are an exploring traveler, or business professional here on assignment, our cozy room is your ideal retreat with hassle-free street parking & endless amenities. Cleanliness, sanitation, safety & comfort are our utmost priorities. We want you to be happy here - Your home away from home! The space Your spacious and private king room awaits, complete with a lock and key for your peace of mind. The shared bathroom is located just outside the bedroom door. Every detail has been meticulously thought out, from the cooling memory foam bed to top-notch bathroom essentials, ensuring a supremely comfortable stay. 🐕‍🦺🐩🐕🐾 If you are staying with your dog we ask that you keep the dog leashed outside of the room (as we have a dog -friendly- as well). The front yard is always available to allow your dog to use, please pick up waste after, there is a trash dumpster on the side of the garage. 😁 You will find a dog bed and extra towels/sheets/rugs to use for your pup to lay and sleep on. We prefer your dog not to be on the furniture, but if that's not possible, cover the furniture with the extra linens provided please. ***Looking for extra space - check out our Queen of Arts Room: airbnb.com/h/queenofarts In addition to the King Size Bed, you have full access to a closet equipped with a luggage rack, clothes steamer and hanging room as well as a single, top drawer in the armoire. Your room is equipped with a desk/vanity, mini fridge, Keurig coffee machine, electric kettle, and stocked with a variety of coffee, tea, and snacks. For your individual comfort and entertainment, enjoy WiFi, a 40" Fire TV, Amazon Echo Dot, tabletop fan/heater, sound machine, oil diffuser, books, games, and extra blankets. The shared bathroom boasts elegant decor with a large mirror and stunning granite! A second door (both doors have locks) separates the toilet and tub/shower combo. We provide all soaps, linens, hair and face products, and extra hygiene items, just in case you forgot something. Guest access The King Oasis is just for you! Our home is your home, be comfortable! ***We have recently rescued a dog (a Lagotto Romagnolo, we have had 2 previously) who is hypoallergenic & does NOT shed! He is timid and scared of new people so we always have him in our care where he does not have access to any of the Airbnb spaces. You are free to use (or join us) in the living room, dining room & kitchen. We do ask that you let us know beforehand for this reason ☺️ During your stay We're flexible and accommodating hosts, happy to interact with you or give you space as you prefer. Reach us anytime on the app, via cell phone or in person. Other things to note We invite you to treat our home like your own— You're free to check-in and come/go freely with your personal code for the keypad lock on the front door, there is NO time frame. We ask that you be more considerate during the hours of 10pm - 6am 🤫 For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking house. If you're a smoker, please do so on the front porch where there is seating and an ashtray on the table for your convenience. A $250 fee will be charged for violation of indoor smoking of any kind. Please be aware that we have a Ring doorbell camera, your privacy and security are important to us. Your space is at the front of the home & our Master Suite is at the back.
