Rental unit in Kodiak

Hello! We are excited to offer our place to you on this amazing island! You will have a private entrance with an electronic key code that leads you into a cozy 2 bedroom apartment. Walk downtown within 8 minutes to enjoy sights of the harbor, board your charter boat, stock up on fishing supplies or just stroll the town to get a bite to eat. The brewery and cider house are located even closer if you wish to enjoy a cold drink after exploring the island. The space The space is an entire 2 bedroom apartment that offers a full eat-in kitchen, stocked with everything you may need to feel at home. Sit on the couch and relax with wifi access TV to sign into your Netflix or Hulu account. Full bathroom with provided soaps, shampoo, and linens. In one bedroom, you will find two twin sized beds with large chest of drawers and a closet to keep your belongings. The second bedroom has a double bed, night stand, WiFi tv, and closet. Guest access The entry door has electronic key code Password protected WiFi access available. Laundry room is conveniently located on premises, one door away, with provided detergent. One parking spot is available per apartment for your rental car and on street parking (on Hillside) available for guests. Please keep in mind when parking, that the lower driveway is a 3 car driveway. If there are three cars in the lower driveway, you may park in the upper driveway. Park to the side where the fire hydrant is. Other things to note We have a 2022 Ford Explorer (6 seater) that is available for rent as well. An air mattress with linens is available for guests upon request.
