Surrounded by a tree garden, it is ideal for visitors who seek relaxation and a true outdoors/countryside experience. The space A beautiful, brand new, functional and loaded one bedroom apartment! The apartment has just been renovated and is equipped for 5 persons. It has excellent Wi-Fi access, powerful air-conditioning and TV. The apartment has a kitchenette, a sleeping area (with 1 comfortable double (160cm), one double guest-bed (2X80cm) and one sofa-bed (80cm)), a separate bathroom with a shower, a patio and a balcony. The kitchen (equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, toaster, kitchenware, kettle and Nespresso coffeemaker) is ideal for cooking your own meals. Towels and bed linen are provided. Guest access Full access to the whole apartment and yard. The well-known Ntelenia tavern is located at the nearby beach and the closest grocery shop (mini-market) is 750m away. You can easily access 3 sandy, children-friendly beaches on foot, and enjoy evening strolls by the sea front. The studio is a 10-minute drive from Lavrio port and a 30-minute drive from El. Venizelos airport. Guests can also visit Sounion and the ancient temple of Poseidon (20-min drive). There are also great fall/winter activities, such as a visit to the Chaos mountain (Incuse Chaos 10klm away) and nearby taverns at Agios Konstantinos village (Nikitas tavern is our favorite!)
