This newly-renovated Spanish-style Home is located in vibrant Echo Park and is nearby a ton of trendy Bars, Restaurants and Coffee Shops. The private bedroom is bright and is a great option for professionals looking to do remote work as it features a desk, chair and Wi-Fi speeds above 500 mbs. If you like nature, Elysian Park and Echo Park are just around the corner and If you like baseball, Dodger Stadium is just a couple minutes away. The space The apartment can be accessed from two entrances, one at the front that goes into the living room and one in the back that goes into the kitchen. The bathroom doors feature privacy locks. The living room and is separated by a door that features privacy locks and is off-limits at night between 9pm and 9am. The outdoor balcony features an umbrella, table and two chairs. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment plus the balcony area outdoors between 9am and 9pm. The living room is off-limits at night between 9pm and 9am. Please use the back entrance to get in and out of the apartment at night. During your stay I work from home a couple of days a week, but otherwise you should have the apartment to yourself on weekdays.
