House with garden

We offer you a old house updated with garden for families, groups of friends... Located in a small village, bakery and shops in Pacy-sur-Eure (5 min by car). 1h20 from the Normandy beaches (Honfleur, Deauville, Le Havre...), 1h from Paris, 50 min from Rouen, 25 min from Giverny, 20 min from Evreux and Vernon, highway junction 5 min away. The space The accommodation sleeps 6 guests and consists of: • 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), bed linen provided, you can bring your own bedding if you prefer of course • a living room with sofa (in its original state but comfortable, see photo) and television, stove not usable + table and chairs • kitchen with induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker (classic Senseo pods), dishes + kitchen kit (garbage bags, sponge, household products, salt/pepper...), note: no dishwasher • a bathroom with large shower and washing machine (shower towels + hair dryer provided, shower gel/shampoo to be provided) / toilet separate from the bathroom. Please note, 6 beds possible, but only one bathroom to take a shower. + toilet and sink upstairs - Attention: house with one floor, stairs present and not secured (attention for children in particular) • a terrace with table and chairs. Guest access Access to the entire house + exterior Note that we live in an adjacent house and have a vegetable garden and a chicken coop in the large garden of the rented house, we go there once a day to feed the chickens. Other things to note Cars can be parked in the courtyard. No wifi Please respect the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties are strictly prohibited. Quiet environment.
