The lounge has a sofa with a sofa bed that can sleep an additinal person. • There is a flat-screen smart TV with a selection of English-speaking channels, and guests can access Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime using their own login details. • The property also offers fast fibre Wi-Fi and a dining table with six chairs. • There is a additional small room, leading off of the lounge area that is equipped, with a table, chair and monitor. You will need to bring your own HDMI cable to connect to the monitor. • Double patio doors lead out to a small terrace and a further door leads to a fabulous, large, roof top terrace which houses a brick-built barbeque, large table and chairs, sun beds and has great views out across the front of the complex. • This area is for the private use of this apartment. • The kitchen area is well equipped with all you will need for your self-catering holiday, including a seating area, an electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and filter coffee machine. • Patio doors lead out to a small balcony with a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the peaceful views at the front of the complex. Sleeping accommodation • The master bedroom is a double with fitted wardrobes and double patio doors opening to a stand on balcony overlooking the gardens at the front of the complex. • The modern en-suite bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. • Bedroom two is a twin with fitted wardrobes and double patio doors leading to a small balcony overlooking the gardens and the front of the complex. • The bathroom is bright and modern with a bath and overhead shower. Please note: • There is the option of renting Apt S in this complex as well which is located next to this apartment and offers the same accommodation, ideal for larger parties and extended families wanting to be near each other yet with their own space. • There are no lifts in this complex. Other things to note In May 2024, the council of Albufeira introduced a tourist tax that is to be paid by all visitors, aged 13 years and older, staying in paid tourist accommodation within the district between 1st April and 31st October.
