Muxia Hot Spring Hotel has a self check-in system, no reception, and offers you an independent and comfortable space for travelers who love quiet and privacy. The space Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Luggage storage, daily cleaning or towel/bedding change services are not available in the building. Basic supplies are available in the room, please replenish them yourself when you are done using them. One parking space is available on site (two small cars can be parked), and if full, please use the nearby paid parking lot. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building. If there is a smell of smoke or traces of cigarette butts in the room, a cleaning fee will be charged. There are no staff on site and no packages can be collected. Please keep the room clean and tidy, and pay the price for any damage or loss. Guest access The hotel is only open to guests who have completed their booking and checked in. To maintain the quality and safety of the accommodation, visitors are not allowed to enter. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult or they will not be able to check in. If you need to extend your stay, please notify us and complete your payment no later than 10:00 pm the night before your original check-out date. Other things to note ・ Please keep the neighborhood quiet and do not make noise or disturb the neighbors. ・ The main door code will be provided on the day of check-in. No check-in or refund will be given without ID information. ・Please take good care of your personal belongings. We will not be responsible for any loss. ・ If items are found after check-out, they will be kept or handed over to the police station depending on the nature of the items. ・ If there is any disturbance to others during the stay, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately without refund.
