Other things to note Our rooms are ideal for guests traveling for work, business trips, family, studies, health, etc. The property is a 3-minute walk from downtown Ciudad Real (Plaza Mayor), 12 minutes from universities, 14 minutes from the Rey Juan Carlos I Sports Center and 16 minutes from the train and AVE (high-speed train) station. It is also 50 minutes from downtown Madrid by AVE or shuttle bus, next to supermarkets, shops and gyms, and 2.2 km from the General Hospital.
