Spacious and serene annexe in the countryside, with easy access to Silverstone, Brackley, Towcester and the M40. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in a small village, it boasts countryside views and easy access to walking paths. The village has a shop, pub and post office. 3.8 Miles (approx. 7 min drive) from Silverstone Racing Circuit and museum makes it the perfect place to stay for Grand Prix or MotoGP. Annexe is totally separate, but above bthe main dwelling, with its own private access. The space The top floor of the house has been converted into a cosy one bed annexe. It is totally separate from the rest of the house, and has its own private access, so you have the place to yourselves. It contains a small lounge, dining area and kitchenette. Please be advised you need to go up a set of stairs to access the property. It is not suitable for mobility impaired people. There is a stair gate present for young children. We do not have a travel cot. The bedroom has a comfy king size bed, desk and area to hang clothes. The kitchenette has views of the countryside. It consists of an under the counter fridge (without freezer space). There is a Ninja Foodi Multi cooker, but no oven or hob. The Ninja Foodi can Pressure cook, sauté, steam, air fry, bake and grill. There is also a microwave. There is no washing machine or drier present, but there is a laundromat 12 minutes away in Towcester. The bathroom has a double shower. Security camera: There is a Ring doorbell on the front door. Free off road parking available. Guest access Private access is through the front door of the house. Access to the entire top floor of the property. Other things to note We have partnered with Windmill Farm Campsite to offer you FREE parking for the Silverstone Grand Prix for the duration of your stay with us. The parking is a 10-15 minute walk from Copse Corner across fields. The parking postcode is NN12 8TH.
