Our brand new build studio is thoughtfully designed and comes with a fully loaded kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, 1 full-sized memory foam bed, living room, in unit washer/dryer, AC, Wi-Fi, Netflix -- we are fully furnished with everything you need! Relax at our outdoor firepit after a long day or get some exercise in with our ping pong table. We're within a few minutes' drive to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and parks! The space A quaint & cozy studio with a walk in closet and new bathroom. Guest access We are 1 of 3 homes on the lot. Guests are welcome to use our fire pit, outdoor living, and ping pong tables located on the lot - these outdoor common areas are shared with the other 2 homes on the lot. Other things to note For parking - we currently do not provide parking on site, guests can park on the street with permits. Guests have the option to purchase parking permit at the local 7-eleven- located 1 minute away from our home. For stays longer than 30 days, we provide a starter pack of essential supplies, including toiletries, paper products, and cleaning items. However, any additional supplies needed beyond this initial set will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
