This cozy one level private home is perfect for a Sunshine Coast trip with friends or family. Whether you love swimming, hiking, dining, mountain biking, or simply relaxing, look no further. The space This house is rustic and cozy, it was originally built in the 1960s and has undergone renovations since but still has some quirks and a lot of character! The house has a lot of natural light and the yard typically gets a lot of sun throughout the day. Living room - 55" smart TV with Netflix, Amazon prime, Crave, Apple TV, a well loved and comfy leather couch and two high quality arm chairs. The living room features beautifully crafted live edge pieces, the coffee table is live edge teak and there is a side table made of live edge Acacia wood. Bedrooms - Each bedroom has a Queen size bed and a dresser. Bedroom #1 has an Ironman Pure Energy mattress and features an Amazon Fire smart tv. Bedroom #2 has a Hush pillow top cooling mattress. Bathroom - Full bath equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, cotton pads and Neutrogena face wipes. Kitchen - equipped with cooking ware, dishware, kettle, Nespresso, and milk frother. Complimentary Nespresso pods and tea bags. The Nespresso has both hot and iced coffee options. Washer and dryer available for use, located in entry way. Complimentary Tide Pods are available. Outdoor space - there is a patio off of living room/kitchen with outdoor seating. Part of the patio is covered. There is a lawn in front of the house as well as lawn access from the patio down a set of stairs. There is a BBQ on the patio for your use. *Please note - there is no dishwasher or AC in this home and the yard is not completely fenced in* Fans are available! Guest access Guests have access to entire private house and patio. The house is located on a property with 2 other houses and shares a driveway with one of those houses.
