Spacious, light-filled home set in Charlotte at the foot of Mt. Philo, directly off of (but nicely set back from) Route 7. Recently renovated, with a large front and back yard, and views of the Adirondacks from the front porch and of Mt. Philo from the back. Enjoy easy access to several beautiful day hikes, bike routes, breweries, and visit the nearby towns of Shelburne (15 min away), Vergennes (15 min away) and downtown Burlington (25 min away). The space The space is available for two guests and is ideal for a couple's weekend getaway. It is clean, modern, warm and homey. The master suite includes a king-sized bed and beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The living room is spacious but cozy, good for puzzling, games, or movies. Additional office space is available, along with hand weights, barbell, and an excercise matt. The bright, open kitchen has all the amenities you need and the grill and outdoor furniture make for a perfect meal outside, to enjoy while watching the sunset.  Guests can easily walk to the Charlotte Link Trail, which is accessed within a couple hundred feet of the house. The trail extends past a neighboring vineyard and into a scenic wooded area, as well as provides walk-up access to the Mt. Philo trailhead.  Other features include a full laundry set up, AC in the living room, and high-speed internet. Note: The garden will likely be yielding during your visit and fresh veggies may be available :)
