The space This is a chance to stay in a Historic and updated Victorian home originally built in the 1860s. Within steps of the majestic Shequaga Park Waterfall and nestled in the heart of the Glorious “T” Historic District, come experience a comfortable and timeless stay in the Finger Lakes. A spacious and centrally located home with character and charm. Guest access The whole first two stories of the home are accessible. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the first floor. Two bedrooms. One bath in the second floor. The 3rd floor attic game room / office space are available for additional fee and will be locked unless otherwise arranged. The basement and the shed in the backyard are off limits to guests. Other things to note Guests agree to follow all basic rules and regulations of the Village of Montour Falls. These basic rules include but are not limited to quiet time after 10pm, no littering, all fires be attended at all times, and guests must listen to any law enforcement agencies that operate within the Village of Montour Falls. There is an extra $15 fee if you charge electronic vehicles at this home. *Absolutely no animals allowed. Our home is allergens free for health reasons.
