Guest access The whole villa is yours to enjoy, except the storage room areas where all the cleaning equipment is stored. You will have full access to all the available facilities and services with absolute and complete privacy. Feel free to use the pool, the garden, and the remaining entirety of the house as you please. Other things to note - There will be a member of Staff at the villa to welcome you during check-in and explain all that you need to know about the property and answer any of your questions; however if you request or you arrive late, there is a self check-in option as well. You will be given 3 sets of keys to the villa on your arrival. Other useful information will be given in the Villa Booklet and via WA. - As the villa has open living spaces there may be harmless reptiles, insects and other small animals in and around the villa. Bali is a tropical island and these creatures may appear. - Due to the tropical island weather and infrastructure, there may very rarely occur unexpected issues with electricity, water supply ( hot & cold ) or Wi-Fi connection.
