Charming cottage in the countryside for 8 - Gers

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with its swimming pool and courtyard (shared with two other cottages and our house) and its surrounding countryside for a relaxing vacation. Barbecues, deckchairs, park and petanque court await you at the Colony! The space At the "Colonie Saint Joseph" we offer you this gîte for a maximum of 8 people in a quiet corner of the Gers. Located 5 minutes from Samatan (market on Monday morning) and its amenities; 15 minutes from Isle Jourdain and 45 minutes from downtown Toulouse. It features: - Kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher ​- 3 Bedrooms ​- Bathroom - Separate toilet - Terrace next to the pool ​- Ground floor and first floor Our house/gîte 4 is suitable for 6 people. The house is made in the old children's dormitory. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen (5.5 meters x 5.5 meters) with a dining table, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer and oven. There are also parasols and a barbecue (charcoal is not provided). On the first floor is a spacious living room overlooking the pool. There are three bedrooms: - One for 3 people (2 beds 1.80 x 2.00) and a single bed of 0.80 x 2.00, this room has a view of the Château de Caumont - A bedroom for 2 people with a double bed of 1.40 x 2.00, overlooking the pool - Finally, a bedroom for 4 people, with a bed of 0.80 x 2.00 meters; a bed of 1.40 x 1.90) and a bunk bed (2 x 0.80 x 2.00). The house has a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and separate toilet. You will also have a terrace in the courtyard with access to the swimming pool (shared with two other cottages and the house); a barbecue (charcoal not included). We do not have Wi-Fi. Cleaning and sheets are included in the price. Check-in after 4 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m. (Can be adjusted depending on the situation). Security deposit of €250.00. Other things to note We don't have Wi-Fi in our cottages.
