The space The apartment has 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms, which has a small private bathroom, is the Co-Host's room. The other two rooms are listed on Airbnb. Guests have complete privacy and exclusive access to the room they have booked (door with key that stays with the guest from check-in to check-out). IMPORTANT: The rest of the apartment will be shared between guests and the co-host, including the living room (living, dining, and coffee corner), small balcony, kitchen, and laundry area. The social bathroom is shared between the guests of the two rooms that are advertised. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, in a building of only three floors, there is no elevator. The access to the apartment is by stairs. Guest access Guests will have (exclusive) access to their room. You will have access to the social bathroom, living room, kitchen and service area - remembering that these parts of the apartment will be shared. During your stay If the guest needs to work, each of the rooms listed has a small table with a chair. Other things to note Bia (the co-host who lives in the apartment) will be available to keep in touch whenever the guest needs information.
