Welcome to our wooden house for a family stay. 600 m from the village and shops, close to the beautiful white sandy beaches of La Roche (1.2 km) Staol and Theven which you can reach on foot or by bike (available). A little further to the west, Dossen beach is largely dedicated to water sports, a meeting place for surfers and sand yachting enthusiasts. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy the beautiful Sentier des Douaniers on the Côte des Sables. The space New 105 m2 single-storey house, composed of a large, very bright living room with fully equipped kitchen. 1 master bedroom with its own private shower room, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 children's bedroom (1 bunk bed + 1 sofa bed), 1 shower room with toilet + 1 separate toilet with sink. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults (bedroom 1 and 2). Guest access The whole house + garage to store surfboards if needed. 6 bikes available including 1 with baby seat (up to 22 kg). Other things to note The exteriors are being developed (see photo).
