Availability of these amenities is subject to their availability, as they might be preoccupied at times. Guests are requested to cooperate in such situations. Access to all the mentioned recreational spaces is free for guests. Indoor games such as Table tennis, Carroms, and Chess are also available for guests to use, and they are provided free of charge. It is important for guests to follow the rules and regulations set by the society while utilizing the amenities and common spaces. Linen/towels: We will change linen after 3 nights / per guest. We will provide one new/fresh towel in each bathroom, based on number of guests. However in case, you need new/fresh one every day, please inform us. We will be happy to change, with extra cost Groceries (to be paid as per need): All groceries get delivered by closeby supermarkets like Royal-mart, big day etc., BigBasket and Grofers delivery at the flat in about 30 mins. Swiggy instant and Grofers deliver are very quick. Electronic Gadgets / Appliances: Airconditioners, Television, sofa set, Mattress, etc., are procured in this year. Please use them as they are your items ---------------------- Please write a little about you and the purpose of your visit and who you are coming with.
