Welcome to your Nest, from where you can view over the city an get inspired for your next adventure. The Nest is located within the most green and friendly neighborhood, at only 20 minutes walk to the city center. The 54 m² place is newly renovated and fully equipped. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony or have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The building is surrounded by specialty coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and many more. Perfect for longer stays. The space This is a modern and newly renovated apartment. The place is futuring a memory foam mattress, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, wanderful new appliances and a thoughtlly decorated interiour. It has two furnished balconies - sunrise and sunset :). Feel free to add us to your WISH LIST and be part of our awesome comunity :D. Guest access Guests will have full acces to the flat and it’s amenties: fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine, washing mashine, fast Wi-Fi, one of the best views you can get of Cluj-Napoca and many more… Other things to note Dear stranger :) we are renting you our home, therefore we will require you to sign a short rental agreement (you can do it on your phone with your fingertip) and submit us a photo of your passport/local ID while being aware of our GDPR policy. Thanks a lot for understanding. For longer stays, cleaning service is free and mandatory at every two weeks. *VAT info: we work under a VAT-registred company and can issue invoices upon request.
