The condo is equip with 2 level security guards with cameras in main entrances, hallways & elevators. New IKON TV 40" was installed with active account of PRIME VIDEO similar features of netflix w/ latest movies & local tv shows. Toiletries are free like shampoo, soap, tissues, toothpaste upon check in. The space Our place is ideal for ur vacation which is affordable, located @ heart of the city , near to Malls, churches , airports and taxis , jeepneys are available nearby. this condo unit is fully furnished .u can do cooking as u like. the main doors and balcony door are protected with aluminum screen . the stand up huge mirror Infront of toilet is installed near wall decor. u can enjoy the view in the balcony facing Mt. Apo and facing city center. the main. door is equipped with double lock system to avoid unauthorized enter. Guest access Amenties pool & Gym is available. Other things to note Observe the house rules posted in the walls of the unit and properly throw your garbage @ basement area.
