Cozy home near the sea and the city center

Central accommodation in quiet surroundings. Spacious common areas, well suited for families, friends and couples traveling together. South-facing winter garden provides warmth on sunny but cold days. Short distance to the tide, beach and park areas. Here you can experience both the northern lights and fresh sea air. Cultural experiences in the city center are only a short bus ride away. If you want to walk, it takes about 25 minutes and there are no hills. -All bedrooms have roller blinds and blackout curtains. - Children's equipment can be borrowed as desired. The space 1st floor: Entrance, bathroom, living room, kitchen, bedrooms 1 and 2, balcony, conservatory 2nd floor: Bedroom 3, bathroom The apartment is the upper part of a horizontally divided semi-detached house. We ask that guests show consideration for the neighbors living in the basement. Guest access You have the entire apartment at your disposal, with the exception of two rooms on the 2nd floor, where we store private belongings. These rooms will be locked. Outside you can use the terrace on the back of the house, and the small lawn. Other things to note Guests must clear snow in front of the door themselves if it starts to snow. We are away, but we provide the necessary equipment. We have two extra mattresses you can borrow if someone is comfortable lying on the floor.
