Room in a local's home

Bed and breakfast, first floor of a townhouse in the heart of the Causses du Quercy. Gramat, capital of the Causse, is a stone's throw from Rocamadour, Padirac and many famous tourist spots, crossing Lot, Dordogne, and Corrèze. In summer, garden area for eating out. 10-min walk to small local shops. Bedroom, double bed, storage, desk, shared bathroom and kitchen. No pets due to allergies. The space Townhouse, in traditional Quercy stones, on two floors, small garden at your disposal for eating out. On the ground floor, the kitchen and shared bathroom, small living room, upstairs the 3 bedrooms (including mine). Outside there is a garage and a reserved parking space. Guest access Students and guests staying have free access to the kitchen and bathroom (space provided in the refrigerator and cupboards), as well as the washing machine if needed. During your stay I live and work in Gramat (social worker), I am on site and I like to meet and interact with guests, but I remain discreet. Other things to note I offer everything you need to make coffee or herbal tea in the room (kettle, teas, instant coffee, sugar) for meals. You will find restaurants and snacks nearby, as well as convenience stores and supermarkets.
