The space This clean, open floor plan home built in the Eichler architectural style (Mid-century modern) sits on a knoll off a private drive just 2.5 miles from Interstate 5. A large carport is available to accommodate two vehicles. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and backyard including the lavender field. Be aware that during the summer months your host may be tending to the lavender (watering/harvesting/weeding) and be out in the field. Other things to note This is not a party house and you should respect the quiet, peaceful nature of the area. Hunting is not allowed and quiet hours are from 10 pm until 6 am. A reminder: this is a no smoking/vaping home and property. During summer months/lavender growing season, owners may be seen tending the lavender field. If your stay is over five days the lawn service may be by to mow the lawn - never before 10 am.
