This lovingly furnished accommodation leaves little wishes open. The rooms are all very spacious. There is a huge sun terrace on the upper floor. And a small patio on the ground floor. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need to live. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. TV and radio are in the apartment. Internet is of course also available. The space The apartment is spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom, living room with dining area. And a small outdoor seating area. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 180cm bed and access to the large sun terrace. The 2nd bedroom has a single bed. The 3rd bedroom has 1 double bed and a single bed and is on the upper floor/attic. The apartment is suitable for holiday guests as well as ideal for fitters. Fitters have the option of sleeping in single beds. In this case the maximum number of guests is limited to 5. You have your own entrance and use the apartment alone. The bedrooms that are not needed when 2 or 3 people are staying, for example, are locked. There is also an extra bed, so that 7 people can currently sleep in the apartment. The apartment is currently not safe for small children. There is also no additional furniture specifically for children. So please bring your own high chairs, safety gates, etc. If you are traveling with babies or small children, please note that there are stairs in the house. Never leave your children unattended. The price includes a certain amount of electricity. We have set a maximum daily consumption. 7kWh per day is included. Each additional kWh will be charged at €0.50 at the end of your stay. Charging electric vehicles is NOT permitted. Our heating period begins in mid-September. The heaters give off a basic level of heat that is sufficient to make you feel comfortable. We ask that you leave the windows open. Except briefly to ventilate, of course. For guests who want it much warmer, there is a new electric heater in the living room and bathroom. You are of course welcome to use these. However, you should think about the increased electricity consumption. And perhaps also about our environment. Guest access You have your own entrance and live in the apartment alone. The bedrooms at e.g. a 2-person occupancy are not needed, will be closed. Other things to note We don't have high speed, but the WiFi is absolutely fine. Even streaming works.
