Located in the heart of Nièvre, this country house offers a green and relaxing setting among ponds and forests. You will be close to the Étang du Merle leisure center and its beach (swimming, fishing, hiking, fitness trail, mountain biking). Accommodates: up to 6 people max., including children and babies. " "Les Maisons du Bois" cottages, 3-star rated furnished tourist accommodation Linens provided for the stay, fiber Internet The space The house consists of a beautiful equipped and furnished kitchen, a spacious bright living room (living and dining area) with a French window giving access to the terrace as well as the garden and outbuildings in the basement. The southwest-facing terrace is equipped with garden furniture. It overlooks the garden with a staircase to go down. From the living room, you will also find a bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190) with its independent entrance. A bathroom with toilet and large shower. Upstairs you will find a large loft-style living space: - a bedroom area with 1 double bed (140 x 190), - a small walk-in closet, - a lounge area for games and reading (TV dedicated to video games and DVD movies), - an office and relaxation area with a bench-pallet that can be used as an extra bed (90 x 200). Next, separated by a curtain with 3 steps to access it, a bedroom in the attic with a single bed (90 x 190). Guests will have access to a 700 m2 enclosed and partially wooded garden, equipped with deckchairs, chiliennes and a barbecue. You will have access to a leisure area of approximately 500 m2 with a private unheated swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) in service from June 1 to the end of September. This space is fenced and closed by a gate with lock. Children should remain under parental supervision. Bath towels for the pool are not provided. Free parking is available outside. A space for a small car is available inside the property. The garage serves as a workshop-storage and cannot accommodate a vehicle. There is also a laundry room, storage space for your sports equipment and a wine cellar. Other things to note The house, fully at your disposal, is distributed by different stairs indoors and outdoors. The garden is on a slope. Outdoor guests are not allowed In the summer season: During the stay, the necessary cleaning and maintenance schedules for the pool and garden will be determined by the owner, who will notify the vacationers the day before. (Generally from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., twice a week or more in the event of high temperatures). For safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric vehicle (charging stations are available nearby 5 minutes away ). To ensure the calm and tranquility of the place and the neighborhood, parties and lively events are not allowed on the property. Check-in and Check-out: Check in from 4pm/ Check-out at 10am. Outside of the summer period, these times can be adapted and softened according to bookings. On the day of your arrival, the rental will be available from 4 p.m. We will welcome you in person with pleasure unless unavailable. In this case, you can access the cottage independently via a key box. Don't hesitate to contact us to arrange the key exchange and the visit of the premises. If you plan to arrive late , please let us know in advance. The keys will then be made available in the lockbox. On the day of departure, the rental must be vacated at 10 a.m. Please first: - Remove the bed linen and leave it on the bed - group used towels in shower room. - Please wash and store the used dishes - Throw trash away - empty the fridge - make sure you haven't forgotten any personal belongings. The person who made the booking must hold liability insurance and will be held responsible for any damages.
