In the heart of the Nièvre, this country house offers you a green and relaxing setting between ponds and forests. You will be in the immediate vicinity of the Étang du Merle recreation area (beach, swimming, pedal boating and kayaking, fitness trail). Exclusive private swimming pool from June to September (unheated). The space The house consists of a beautiful equipped and furnished kitchen, a spacious bright living room (living and dining area) with a French window giving access to the terrace as well as the garden and outbuildings in the basement. The southwest-facing terrace is equipped with garden furniture. It overlooks the garden with a staircase to go down. From the living room, you will also find a bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190) with its independent entrance. A bathroom with toilet and large shower. Upstairs you will find a large loft-style living space: - a bedroom area with 1 double bed (140 x 190), - a small walk-in closet, - a lounge area for games and reading (TV dedicated to video games and DVD movies), - an office and relaxation area with a bench-pallet that can be used as an extra bed (90 x 200). Next, separated by a curtain with 3 steps to access it, a bedroom in the attic with a single bed (90 x 190). Guests will have access to a 700 m2 enclosed and partially wooded garden, equipped with deckchairs, chiliennes and a barbecue. You will have access to a leisure area of approximately 500 m2 with a private unheated swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) in service from June 1 to the end of September. This space is fenced and closed by a gate with lock. Children should remain under parental supervision. Bath towels for the pool are not provided. Free parking is available outside. A space for a small car is available inside the property. The garage serves as a workshop-storage and cannot accommodate a vehicle. There is also a laundry room, storage space for your sports equipment and a wine cellar. Other things to note The house, entirely at your disposal, is distributed by different stairs inside and outside. The garden is sloping. Outside guests are not allowed. In summer season: During the stay, the necessary maintenance and upkeep schedules of the pool and garden will be determined by the owner who will notify the vacationers the day before. (usually from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., twice a week). For safety reasons, it is forbidden to recharge an electric vehicle (charging stations are available nearby, 5 minutes away). To ensure the peace and quiet of the premises and neighborhood, parties and lively events are not allowed on the property. Check-in and checkout: Check-in after 4pm/Check-out at 10am. Outside the summer period, these times can be adapted and relaxed according to bookings. On the day of your arrival, the rental will be available from 4pm. We will welcome you in person with pleasure unless unavailable. In this case you can access the cottage independently through a key box. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you'd like to arrange key exchange and a tour of the premises. If you plan on arriving late, please let us know in advance. The keys will then be made available in the secure key box. On the day of checkout, the rental must be vacated by 10 a.m. Please kindly do the following beforehand: - remove bed linen and leave it on the bed - group used towels in the bathroom. - clean and put away used dishes - throw away your garbage - empty the fridge - make sure you haven't forgotten any personal belongings. The person who made the booking must have liability insurance and will be held responsible for any damage.
