Easy access to the A12 for exploring all this lovely area has to offer. The space Fully self contained unit; the Annexe has a fully functional kitchen area, where you can cook everything from toast to a roast. It has an electric oven, hob, microwave & fridge, with a good sized freezer box, plus crockery, cutlery and cooking pans and utensils. The kitchen area also has a breakfast bar with two bar stools and this area doubles up as a workspace if required. The accommodation has free Wi-Fi access and the living area has a 50" Sony Bravia TV with an Amazon Fire Stick providing access to streaming services including BBC iplayer, Netflix & Prime. The bathroom has an electric shower, WC & hand basin and an electric toothbrush charging point. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe & bedside drawer unit. The annex is fully electric and heating is provided by four modern electric radiators; two in the Living area, one in the bedroom and a ladder radiator in the bathroom. There is a small paved area just outside your door with a bistro table and 2 chairs. Boundary fencing to our garden is provided by waist-height trellis fencing. Guest access The Annexe is completely self-contained with separate access via a gate at the side of the property leading to your own main door. Keys to the property can be collected from the owners on arrival and should be returned at the end of your stay. Other things to note The owners have a 13 Year old Labrador called Molly who enjoys sunning herself in the garden on a warm day. The Annex is not suitable for Babies, Toddlers or small children under the age of 7.
