Welcome to our completely modernized and lovingly furnished holiday home in Holstein Switzerland in 2015. Centrally yet quietly located, the Wilhelmine is the ideal starting point for excursions in the scenic surroundings with its numerous lakes and forests. The Baltic Sea beaches, Kiel and Laboe can be reached after a 25-30 minute drive. The space The approximately 100 m² house is located in a quiet residential area and can accommodate 2-4 people on two floors. On the ground floor there is a hallway and kitchen with old terrazzo flooring as well as the large living-dining room with pine flooring and a Danish stove for the cooler season. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob and large fridge with freezer. The small modern bathroom with a walk-in real glass shower is also located on the ground floor and is equipped with a hairdryer, towel warmer and bathroom utensils. The two large bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with a 180 cm and 160 cm wide double bed and offer good sleeping comfort. Both bedrooms have pleated blinds for darkening. The 25 m² terrace facing south-east is equipped with a beach chair and a Weber grill and invites you to relax, as does the large garden with old trees. At the end of the garden, there is a chicken coop with 12 chickens, which we take care of. Important to mention: there are only hens there cheerfully clucking at home. The property has 2 parking spaces. Preetz train station and shopping are a few minutes' walk away. The Preetz lake landscape and the neighboring Probstei are a dream for cyclists and offer numerous paths past fields, meadows and forests.
